I ate a burrito with beans,cheese, and the green plant ( lechuga?)(lettuce?) and a few hours later I was projectile vominitiny my dinne4 and had diarrhea. I couldn't even drink water because I would throw it up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the chicken bowl with my girlfriend last night (1-30-17) around 530pm. I got the last chicken of a bin and she got the new one. Within one hour I was nauseous and within four hours I started to explosive vomit with diarrhea that lasted about 6 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
