I ate a happy meal there on Saturday night: fries (more salt than fries), oasis, croque macdo (cold)

8/27/2025 McDonald's Had sausage egg mcmuffin 35 minutes later toilet throwing up and severe stomach pain sweaty high blood pressure constantly throwing up. 2 hours later extreme case of diarrheas more throwing up just from the smell. Opened my sandwich to immediately see pieces of insect casing. I’ve never had issues from this specific location so I’m hoping it’s a one off accident. Just wanted to make people aware. I did NOT ingest any of it.
