We had two pepperoni pizzas. I ate one slice and it tasted off. By the time we got home. My stomach was in knots. I ended up throwing up a few times. Now I'm in bed shivering and I have a low grade fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
