hour afterward, I started feeling really nauseous, very, very nauseous, I was shivering, I felt so awful and I had diarrhea. Then I also just around 20 minutes ago threw up a lot are pretty sure it was because I got food poisoning from them. This didn't happen from any other restaurants that I've gotten take out with my whole life, basically, this is the 1st time where after eating from a restaurant, I threw up. nausea after eating and cramps started after a few hours. I had fever, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea the next day at home and thought I would be better, but I didn't. On 7/3/19 cramps were so hard and I went to Providence Emergency Room. They gave me morphine for the pain. It took 5 hours for the diagnosis which is Acute Colitis. I got antibiotic, pain killed and other prescriptions. I can't work for 3 days already and I don't know how many days I will not be able to work. And i don't know how to follow up with the gastroenterology with my medical
