Went Friday night and got mac n cheese chicken meal and Saturday woke up throwing up and the worst nausea ever. Even Zofran (Nausea medicine) wasn’t working. Almost went into ER but couldn’t drive due to vomiting and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

At 8pm, ordered the endless chicken tenders, ate 7. I felt full after 7 and walked home with my partner at 9:30pm.
I felt uneasy before sleeping, woke at 1am and have been vomiting, puking and other associated undesirables for the last 8 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
