We shared the spinach dip and both had broccoli about 6 pm last night. She woke up about midnight projectile vomiting and I was neseaous and had violent diarrhea this morning. All day today we are both sick to our stomachs and have headaches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

I went to my regular Applebee’s for an afternoon outting on Saturday (4/21/2018). That night I start to feel stomach pain. Next morning it was worst, vomiting and diarrhea was uncontrollable. Rested Sunday and Monday I went to the hospital. I’m still here writing the message to you guys.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got sick eating the 4 cheese honey chicken tender pasta. My friend and I both ordered it online using the car side to go service and we both ended up having food poisoning the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
