Got a beef and cheddar combo. Ate half the sandwich last night. Woke up to diarrhea and nausea. Finished the other half just today at lunch time just thinking it was my anxiety...1 hour later was vomiting and still suffering with nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I LOVE THEM, but went to the one on the Carlisle Pike to try the steakhouse burger when it first came out and I got so deathly sick! I was up all night long running to the commode with diarrhea like I have never had in my life. I have not been able to go back to there since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

On the way to a family member’s funeral we stopped there to grab a bite to eat. A few hours later severe vomiting and lava like diarrhea occurred for the rest of the day. Had to miss the funeral due to being up all night with severe food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband ate one of their mint chocolate chip shakes and 20 min later severe nausea and vomiting and diarrhea for about 8 hours. chills and fever and then would get really hot right before he vomited. horrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
