diarrhea and nausea, stomach cramps Within an hour of eating, my stomach hurt. Bad cramps and nausea. Over the course of the night, my stomach pains were terrible and I had to keep using the bathroom. Shared shrimp appetizer. Husband had Chilean Bass, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I had Haddock, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both tasted each other’s fish. Dinner at 10pm.... husband now vomiting. I have horrible upset stomach and headache.
