ate a fish sandwich with lettuce and onion rings here and within an hour developed stomach cramps and began throwing up and then diarrhea had chills do, was feeling fine until i ate here symptoms were severe but got over them in 24 hours except from fatigue extreme chills  | Symptoms: Fatigue, Chills, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered and ate the #3 (impossible with cheese) combo on 01/02/2023 @ approximately 10 pm. Around 2 am on 01/03, i started to have severe stomach cramps and feeling nauseaous. Feels like my intestines are extreme pain. It is now 04:50 am on 01/03/2023.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
