Immediately after eating chicken nuggets, fries, and ranch I felt intense stomach cramping like never before. I almost went to the hospital. I thought I was gonna die. The worst pain of my life followed by many periods of dry heaving and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
