On Friday, December 24th, 2016 I ate at Burger King in Lihue. I ordered a Whopper Jr meal with onion rings, chicken nuggets and an iced coffee. It was the only thing I ate that day and I spent the whole christmas eve and Christmas day sick. Fealing nausea & puking/diaherra everything in my body.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday at approximately 4:45 p.m. I ate a Whopper, onion rings, and a Coke at this Burger King. By 8:00 that night, I was vomiting, had diarrhea, chills, and fatigue. The symptoms continue today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue
