Yesterday morning and for some unknown reason just today stomach cramping and diarrhea, Black slimy ends on on lettuce I didn't notice it until I was well eating into the sandwich! I took the food about 15 minutes later back here asked to speak to the manager… See more

Eating a hamburger from, Just me, as soon as I took a bite and started to feel sick, nauseous, I took the second bite and I got a lot of pain in my stomach, as soon as I got to the bathroom to vomit, in total I vomited 6 times, 5 in the square and 1 in my house  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
