My son ate a Super Star with Cheese combo at Carl's Jr.,and was the only thing he ate. Starting about 7 1/2 hours later he began vomiting through the night. He continued this until around 1:15 today. I called the restaurant and they said they would have district manager call me.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My boyfriend got food poisoning from this restraunt about a month ago, he almost died when it took a turn for the worse and he suffered severe sepsis. Be careful eating here . Specially after the 100,000 pounds of meet that has been recalled in this area for e coli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
