Toddler a little over 2.5 years old ate dinner around 7:20PM on Friday 9/23: Kids meal - chicken nuggets, french fries and an honest apple juice. Vomited around 2AM (primarily chicken), diarrhea around 6AM twice and again around 9AM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
