After eating the Cobb Salad yesterday 6-17-21, I haven’t been able to eat anything else. I start feeling sick an hour later and I am still sick as of 11:14pm. Includes with the above symptoms, I also have a headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache

At 9am on June 17th 2021 I ate a chicken biscuit combo by 11am I was projectile vomiting and had bad diarrhea. It has continued through the day and I am unable to keep any food or liquids down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

On Thursday June 10th I ate half of an 8-count nuggets. I started feeling nauseous about 3 hours later. I also gave my dog one nugget in her usual dinner. She threw up about 30 minutes later. We both had diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
