I got a number one meal, Diet Coke, and cookies and cream milkshake. Headache began 2-3 hours after that and nausea began approximately 4 hours after ingestion. I threw up the first time and had diarrhea 6 hours after eating. Have had diarrhea countless times and thrown up 3 times in about 7 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

I ate around 6pm est on 5/29/2021. I had a number 2 meal (spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a diet coke).
