I purchased chicken nuggets with frosted lemonade on Saturday June 16 2018 at 6:30 pm. I began feeling nauseous by 4:00 pm Sunday June 17 2018. I threw up with diarrhea 6:00 pm Sunday June 17 through Monday June 18 2018. I remained weak and tired the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased spicy chicken sandwich with frosted lemonade on Saturday June 16 2018 at 6:30 pm. By 2:00 am Sunday June 17 2018, I was throwing up with diarrhea every hour through 7:00 Sunday June 17 2018. I had the southwest salad with the salsa dressing for lunch on 6/15/2018 around 12:30pm. By 530pm, I had chills and nausea...the next several hours, I was vomiting and had diarrhea, also accompanied by severe cramps and low grade fever.
