I bought some chicken nuggets kids meal for two kids and 3 chicken strips meal with a cookies and cream milk shake around 3pm today 11/20/2024 and started experiencing diarrhea and vomitting around 9pm and my kids developed the same symptoms around 10pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I order the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato Friday evening around 7PM.

My husband and I had the spicy deluxe sandwiches for dinner and 3 hours later we have been taking turns running to the bathroom to vomit. This has been the worst case of food poisoning that either of us have had in many years. Im so thankful I didn’t give any of it to our baby.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

When I ate Chik Fila I ate their chicken nuggets. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance I felt like I was literally dying! I was out of it for several days. I didn't know what the day was I was vomiting on myself as well as diarrehea on myself, I was dizzy felt extremely nauseous!  | Symptoms: Vomiting
