Chipotle has a history of food poisoning outbreaks. A recent outbreak at an OH location sickened 650 with Clostridium from unsafe food. Prior outbreaks include 55 sick in WA from E. coli and 234 in CA sickened with Norovirus. Symptoms of Chipotle food poisoning typically include nausea and diarrhea.

started with a slight headache so I went to bed very early , I end up with a headache all evening the next morning I had a feeling of still being full headache and feeling light headed. about 7 am I was throwing up , driving home from work at 8:30 am I could barely drive! open arriving home I proceeded to throw up in my kitchen garbage. Around 9:30, I took a hot shower and symptoms had seemed to somewhat subside. I was able to go to bed around 11. Unfortunately, woke up at 2 o’clock to throw up.
