I had a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, cheese and lettuce around 2. Later in the afternoon I felt dizzy and nauseous so I laid down and when I got up later that evening I vomited several times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I ate a salad with chicken, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and grilled vegetables. I ate it for dinner around 8:45pm. Bad symptoms started about 2 1/2 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
