My husband and I went to Chuy's for an early Valentine's date on Sunday afternoon 2/12. By that evening I became violently ill. I had chicken quesadillas as an appetizer and the Chuychanga as my entree.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
