Chuy's Food Poisoning

Mexican food can cause food poisoning. Nausea and diarrhea are commonly reported symptoms from Chuy's food poisoning and Salmonella is the most commonly reported diagnosis. Salmonella is usually associated with chicken and symptoms can include cramping, fever, and bloody diarrhea.

After eating queso and ground beef tacos there I literally had to pull over at the Cracker Barrel, which is on my way home.

Within 12 hours of eating tacos el carbon on corn tortillas, I experienced extreme diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea and fatigue. I'm on day 5 and I still have no appetite, nausea, diarrhea, gurgling stomach and fatigue. The smell of food makes me sick. We got take-out and I ate the lettuce and tomato garnish included in the meal. I almost had to go to urgent care due to dehydration. I see that there is a website created by attorneys who sue them for food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
