I also bought Costco whole milk, both my son and I got diarrhea vomit and nausea. The milk was purchased on 2/4, my son went to see doctor on on 2/8. And I got symptoms on 2/10. Looks like it happens after 5~6 hours after drinking the milk.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate pizza at Costco and drank their limonade Brisk, felt sick on the way home, then got very sick. The table was obvious dirty. Ustensiles and condiments like beverage cups anyone can touch them. Low food hygene is obvious! Will never eat at Costco again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My children both ate Naturipe blueberries and strawberries purchased from Costco in Temecula on 2/1/2019. Both kids have severe stomach pain, continued vomiting and nausea.
