Purchased meatballs by Amylu Teriyaki Pineapple chicken meatballs on Aug 3 2024 and consumed 5 meatballs same evening. Package code 09/20/2024 P-8993. 2 of us got ill at 3am until 5am with stomach cramps and diarrhea for an hour. I am reporting and returning priduct.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
