This is the second time we eat costco mushroom and experience severe diarrhea. First time was 2 weeks ago when i ate mushroom and had 14 episodes of diarrhea. Today my husband and myself ate mushroom from costco and we both had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Today, Costco chili. Vomited multiple times within 30 min of eating it. I’m pretty sure chili from Costco Both my son and I got sick from Costco chili. He ate it on saturday and I thought he just had the flu even thought he puked multi times in the night. I ate it today and got sick also.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
