I ate the Del Taco Bacon Chicken Ranch taco for dinner. It was delicious, but by the time I got home I threw up everything, and I had horrible stomach cramps. I was also super nauseous. I will never, ever eat at del taco again!!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered spicy jack cheese quesadilla and strawberry lemon aid as usual, but this time got stomach cramps almost immediately.
