I ate a turkey meat taco, bean burrito and fries at about 615pm on 4/16/17. Others in my group ate regular beef tacos, chicken tacos and bean burritos and did NOT get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered a steak taco dinner around 4 PM . After I was done with my meal I started to feel a stomach ache. Right before bed I began to feel feverish symptoms. I woke up around 1 am and felt nauseated. I quickly ran to the bathroom and began to vomit followed by diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
