Vomiting three hours after eating pizza rolls with herbal remoulade, severe stomach cramps since then and diarrhea after two days. No one else is ill — just the person who ate this herbal remoulade. This indicates food poisoning instead of a gastrointestinal infection.

I ate their pan pizza the night before and woke up the next day absolutely nauseous. I went to work and I had diarrhea the entire day of work with multiple trips to the bathroom.
