On 4/4 I ate one slice of the Memphis Chicken BBQ and 2 slices of the Philly Cheesesteak, within hours I had diarrhea. On 4/6 I ate 2 more slices of the Philly for lunch and was vomiting and experienced serious diarrhea within 2 hours. Symptoms lasted 12 hours. My 18 month also had symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
