Ordered medium pizza with pepperoni and boneless chicken pineapple with jalapeño. Maybe an hour later felt so sick. Diarreah, nausea, vomiting, and strong stomach pains even dizzy. We ordered 2 pizzas, my husband and I shared a farmhouse pizza with a cheese sauce base. Both within 4 hours of eating the pizza became ill with diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Both in pain and feeling sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
