Egg and cheese wake up wrap - This is actually the second time this happen first with the hash browns. I thought it was just me. Than today i only took 2 bites the egg a soft maybe not cooked all the way. I had to run to a restroom i couldn't control vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a coffee and glazed donut at 900 am on 1025. Had to leave work early because I felt nauseous. Got home and had a fever and body aches. Vomited 2x that night and had explosive diarrhea from 1100pm to 830am about every half hour to hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache
