Ate a bacon,egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin and hashbrowns on 10/19/17. Around 4 hrs later started feeling nauseous which worsened to vomiting, chills, fever and sharp stomach pains and a headache and dizziness around 7 pm.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
