My Staff got me chicken nachos, mashed potatoes/ gravy, and also 1 churro. I starting eating the nachos just before 12pm. Just before 1pm throat starting hurting I also ate my churro also. I started vomiting just before 3pm this afternoon. February 01, 2021  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Eating food from there. Both My Mom & Myself got Violent Diarrhea within Minuets to a half an hour of eating their Chicken Tostada Salad with their cilantro avocado Dressing. We had the Diarrhea All through the night And All Day Today as well.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea
