Bought a prepared chicken wrap from HT & when I opened the package it had a funny smell. I took a bite then spit it out. Damage was already done, 12 hours later I was doubled over with cramps. It's been 2 days & I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

At the sushi for lunch and that night was throwing up and diarrhea. Next day sweats and fever and aches. Ok 3rd day. Been eating sushi for 10 years regularly. First time sick from it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

1-20-2017 , i ordered a sandwich by phone from the daily department and it was grilled chicken for $5 feet long and after ate it by the end of the day i was suffering direhea badly  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I purchased an Italian hoagie pre-prepared sandwich on Thursday at 3pm. The sandwich didn't taste right, the meat was extremely dried out, so much so that my thought was "what kind of meat is this". I are less than half of it. The next morning at 4am throwing up for the next sixteen hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
