Ate small bowl of lucky charms - family size box. Nausea and vision changes, gastrointestinal pain within several hours. Hit like a truck, felt extremely sick. Took pepto otherwise would have probably thrown up! 24 hours later strong chest pain but no stomach issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas, Chest Pain, Stomach Pain

I eat cereal a lot and only lucky charms has made me sick over the past few months. My granddaughter too! Something is off with the cereal. i've just stopped eating them the past week. walmart, Hyvee  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
