Got two tacos and onion rings on 12/31/23 around 1:45pm. I started to feel sick around 3pm. Nausea, dizziness, cold chills, and vertigo. At 4:30pm, the paramedics came to transport me to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
