Made a sandwich from pretzel bun, sliced turkey, and romaine lettuce around 8:45pm. Woke up at about 4am feeling nauseous, then woke up again at 7:15 and vomited large amounts of light yellow/green bile.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile

Food poising from sour cream daisy that may have been in the fridge too long. Jewel osco in March. Unless it was the McDonald’s hamburger yesterday bought in lake Zurich but I believe most likely it was the sour cream  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate some honey tenders from the jewel deli the night before and the next day woke up to constant water diarrhea, nausea, headache, fever, etc. Been sick for two days now! Awful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
