Haven't eaten here in years- I try to avoid it. Turkeys sandwich with peppers and cucumbers and no lettuce or sprouts. Ate about 230 pm, severe stomach cramps and gastroinestinal symptoms started about 7pm and are still going on through the night as I write this at 7am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Gas

Ate Italian night club. Within four hours (this was the only thing I had eaten that day), I was severely sick. I ended up with a 103 fever, worst body aches of my life, etc. I refuse to ever eat at this establishment again.
I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. PERIOD. I FEEL SICK EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
