Ate the basil pesto salami sandwich last night and I’ve never been sicker in my life. About 4 hours after eating it I had to run to the bathroom and have been there since. Idk if my stomach will ever repair 😩  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Saturday, March 30 my daughter and son-in-law ordered italian subs from Jimmy Johns. Sunday evening at 10:00 they both became violently ill with vomiting, diarrhea and fevers. They were not able to keep even water down. They are feeling a little bit better today, 36 hours after outbreak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
