Got the #6 Veggie sandwich without any changes from the standard menu. Purchased on Sunday 5/7/2023 at 10:40am CST. Diarrhea symptoms the next morning. The same thing happened to me after purchasing this same sandwich the Wednesday before at the Gretna, NE location.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered the Turkey Tom and was violently throwing up within 30-45 minutes of eating it. The turkey was slicker than usual, I didn’t think anything of it until afterwards but that is definitely what made me sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a Turkey and provolone sandwich no lettuce tomato. Added oregano and mustard. Chipd and a cookie. Within 30 mins my stomach was cramping and i started sweating then diarrhea and vomiting continued for 4 hours next day still diarrhea and cramping  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Cramps
