I ate a large Chicken potpie on 2/16/2022. I was up all night last 2/17/2022 night with diarrhea, cramping stomach, violent vomiting, and headache. I didn't consider the chicken pot pie until my son had the same symptoms 1 day ago..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
