I ate about half a box of mushrooms last night 5/15 seasoned only with salt and pepper. A couple of hours passed and I started feeling drowsy and nauseous followed by intense vomiting, stomach ache, diarrhea and shaking.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Shaking

Ben & Jerry ice cream Tasted a spoonful of strawberry tart Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Tasted terrible and threw out. Boulder Canyon Avacado Oil Kettle Style Potato Chips Ate the chips, nausea, then vomiting + diarrhea off and on for 5hrs with chills, fever + muscle pain. In bed next 2 days with flu-like symptoms. Still feel bad.
