We where hospitalized after drinking tainted frozen grape juice from here.Symptoms where extreme stomach pain vomiting and burning in the throat as well as pain in the left side. Frozen Grape juice had white powder floating at the top of can thought it was sugar so we drank it anyway....big mistake.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas

Ate a knorr pasta side and about 4 hours later experienced nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I’ve ate these plenty of times before with no issues. My sister who ate this with me also experienced same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a bag of lucky charms in my backpack for ~1 day and ate it dry the next day (something I often do). About halfway through the bag, I had the feeling of stomach cramps and, later, diarrhea. I had to rush home since the onset felt sort of quick.

I opened a brand new package of pepperonis to make pepperoni chips. I ate one and it tasted very strange. Then, when I looked at the other pepperoni, I discovered that they were covered in mold. My lips are burning and my throat feels swollen.  | Symptoms: Something else
