My husband order 2fish combo may 29th 2019. Within 3 hours of eating it. He had severe stomach pains followed by vomiting all night he was in and out of the bathroom . its now may 30th 8am and hes still in severe stomach pain and c a ng stop puking.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate at long John silvers for lunch on this past Friday and by 4:30 Friday afternoon was getting extremely ill, Not sure about how many but I ate 2 chicken planks and one piepi of fish, think it was the fish, took about 4 to 4 and hours before symptoms started  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate the new thick cut fish at long John silvers and felt like I had a hang over I was so sick. I did not vomit but I took some tums and still felt miserable luckily I'm better today but I wont be eating long John silvers again.  | Symptoms: Nausea

On April 7, 2019 ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with fries and hush puppies for my husband and two sons. My youngest son woke up at 3:30 am vomiting and 5 minutes later my older son woke up vomiting. Pretty sure it is food poising because they got sick at the same time.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
