Found paper debris and blonde hair in boxed Chicken Pot Pie (i.e., inside the pie itself). Product had off taste. Tossed it after a couple of bites. Clearly quality control is lacking. Have saved a hair sample and the portion of the box with the manufacturing codes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other
