I woke up from sleep about about 6-8 hours after eating the buttermilk cripsy chicken sandwich that I normally get, but this time i was shivering/fevered in a rather warm room and vomited profusely for about an hour.. a couple hours later, i was mostly better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever

I ate a Big Mac last nigh around 7 pm around 8 my stomach started rumbling then Really Painful stomach Cramps this lasted until 5am. Got up about 7 times with liquid diahrrea !! Finally drank some medicine for diahrrea !  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
