McDonald’s smoothies, Two daughter got smoothies around 3:15 pm. One got strawberry banana and one got mango pineapple. By 5:00 one was crying that her stomach hurt. The other daughter started crying about 30 mins later with same complaint. By 6:30/7:00 both were vomiting  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

Tea at McDonald’s, I drank some of the tea from Mcdonalds and immediately felt sick (nausea, extreme dizziness, etc.) rested for the day, felt fine in the morning. Got the family breakfast in the morning and got myself tea again, and immediately after drinking was very ill  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Dizziness
