On February 8th 2019 i ate a mcchicken around 1pm. The next morning i woke up with a stomache then puking the rest of the day with a fever and diarrhea. I knew the sandwhich tasted weird at the end but didnt realize it at first.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

suspect McDonalds Chicken Strips possibly the sour cream dip i became very nauseous around one hour after eating. I ate at around 3pm and have just been violently vomiting (5.30pm)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with extra bacon and 1 egg and cheese mcmuffin with no egg on the Saturday 9th February at 09:00 am.
