I got 2 burgers. I had a cheese burger that looked pretty weird but I didn't think about it and ate it. I was struck for 2 days and today's the third. I've had the worst cramps. I can't get through to their help line. I've been taking alot of medication and have been suffering really badly.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I got 3 McChickens at McDonald's and I went home, about midnight I started throwing it all back up. I have thrown up 4 times today and I keep getting really bad diarrhea. Everything hurts and I haven't been able to move since this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
