I ordered the new quarter pounder with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. As I was eating it, I noticed the meat in the center was rather pink. I told myself it was probably okay, but early the next morning, I woke up with terrible intestinal cramps. I ate there at 8pm Christmas Eve.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Was shopping at Walmart dec 23rd ...then had a big mac meal about 10:30 am...about 1am in the morning woke up with pains in my stomach diarrhea and vomit...5 pm Christmas eve still sick....

I visited McDonalds on 23/12/2018 in the afternoon. I ordered a fish burger, and double cheeseburger and a portion of fries. Approximately one hour after eating my stomach began to rumble, and by 0400 hours on 24/12/2018 I was being violently sick.

I had a fry a strawberry milkshake and a burger ..in 30 minutes after eating ..I was getting the shakes ,cold sweats...could not stop vomiting..be careful when ordering ice creams /shakes/frappes because if they don't clean there machines frequently ...u can get poisoned literally ..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
